Refund & Cancellation Policy

How Infast Networks Refund & Cancellation Works

At Infast Networks, we aim to deliver a seamless and transparent experience for both clients and experts. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before booking any service.


1. Booking Fees & Refund Policy

  • The ₹219 booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once a service request is placed and assigned to an expert, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

  • In case an expert fails to provide the consultancy or advisory service, a refund may be initiated after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.

  • Clients may also choose to reschedule the session or opt for a replacement expert at no extra cost.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is only allowed for Consultancy or Advisory services (e.g., Legal Consultancy, CA Consultation, or Business Advisory).

  • Cancellation must be requested through our customer support team before an expert is assigned. However, the booking fee will still be non-refundable.

  • If the service is canceled after expert assignment, no refund shall apply.

  • For non-consultancy services, customers may cancel the service request, but the ₹219 booking fee will not be refunded.

  • If Infast Networks cancels a service due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund (excluding payment gateway fees) may be provided at our discretion.


3. Rescheduling Services

  • Clients may reschedule their consultancy or advisory service at least 24 hours in advance, depending on expert availability.

  • The first rescheduling is free. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur additional charges.


4. Dispute Resolution

  • If any issue arises regarding the quality or completion of services, clients must reach out to our support team at care.inetworks@outlook.com within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will investigate and resolve disputes as per our internal resolution policy, with fairness and transparency.
