1. General Terms

Welcome to Infast Networks. By accessing our website, booking any service, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Infast Networks provides the following facilitation services:

• Legal Documentation & Drafting Support (including Legal Notice Reply and Legal Notice Drafting)

• Lawyer Booking & Connection Services

• Registration & Filing Services

• Public Sector Support & Facilitation Services

Infast Networks operates under the Shop & Establishment Act as a sole proprietorship. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, and institutions.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of 18% GST.

Infast Networks provides Legal Documentation & Drafting Support, including Legal Notice Reply and Legal Notice Drafting services.

Where a client opts to send a legal notice to any individual, firm, or organization, Infast Networks facilitates the drafting of the legal notice through a verified and independent licensed advocate. Upon the client’s selection, the drafted legal notice may also be dispatched to the recipient through Indian Speed Post, which is handled directly by the advocate.

The maximum timeline for drafting and, where applicable, dispatch of the legal notice is up to five (5) working days from the date of receipt of complete information, documents, and confirmation from the client.

Infast Networks acts strictly as a facilitation and coordination platform and does not independently draft, verify, review, or validate any legal notice, reply, or legal content. All legal drafting, verification, and dispatch responsibilities are performed solely by the licensed advocate associated with the service.

Infast Networks does not provide legal advice, does not represent clients before any court or authority, and does not guarantee any legal outcome.

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

A service is considered successfully booked only after:

• Submission of all required details by the client, and

• Successful payment for the selected service.

Once a booking is confirmed, our team initiates verification and processing.
After the service process has begun, cancellation or refunds are not permitted, except where explicitly stated under specific service categories.

3. Lawyer Booking Service (Important)

By booking a lawyer through Infast Networks, the client agrees to the booking plan selected at the time of payment.
All booking plan prices are inclusive of 18% GST.

3.1 Booking Plans & Features

(a) Basic Booking – ₹299 (GST Included)

• Lawyer calls within 24 hours

• No direct phone number shared

• Standard lawyer matching system

• Identity-verified connection

• Lawyer’s basic details shared via WhatsApp

⚠️ The Basic Booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

(b) Silver Booking – ₹499 (GST Included)

• All Basic plan features included

• Lawyer’s phone number shared instantly

• Lawyer’s WhatsApp and email provided

• Faster matching (within 2 hours)

• Basic availability check before sharing details

⚠️ Once lawyer details are shared, no cancellation or refund is permitted.

(c) Premium Booking – ₹799 / ₹999 (GST Included)

• All Silver plan features included

• Priority matching within 30–60 minutes

• Preference for senior / experienced lawyers

• Backup lawyer option if the first lawyer is unavailable

• Dedicated coordinator support

• Instant connect mode

⚠️ After lawyer contact details are shared, no refund or cancellation is allowed.

3.2 Role of Infast Networks

Infast Networks acts only as a booking and connection facilitator.
We do not:

• Provide legal advice

• Review cases or documents

• Draft legal submissions under lawyer booking services

• Interfere in lawyer–client decisions

Our responsibility ends once the lawyer connection is established as per the selected booking plan.

3.3 Lawyer–Client Communication

After a lawyer contacts the client or contact details are shared:

• All communication is private and independent

• Infast Networks is not responsible for advice, outcomes, delays, or disputes

3.4 Lawyer Fees Beyond Booking Fee

Lawyers may charge separate professional fees for:

• Consultations

• Drafting

• Court appearances

• Filings or other legal work

Infast Networks has no control over lawyer fees, and no complaints regarding such fees shall be entertained.

3.5 No Liability After Connection

Once a lawyer is connected, Infast Networks shall not be liable for:

• Quality of advice

• Miscommunication

• Delays

• Legal outcomes

• Disputes between lawyer and client

4. Legal Drafting & Documentation Services

• Clients may cancel within 10 minutes of booking for a full refund

• Once drafting begins, no cancellation or refund is permitted

• Once a draft is prepared (even if not delivered), the service is deemed completed

Cancellation requests are accepted only via direct phone call to support, and only if a valid reason is provided.
Requests via WhatsApp, email, or without valid justification will not be accepted.

5. Registration & Filing Services

• Cancellation is allowed within 2 hours of booking

• A ₹100 cancellation fee applies

• Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days

• Once documents are submitted to any government portal, no refund is permitted

Cancellation requests must be made only through a support call, with valid justification.

6. Service Delivery Timelines

• Legal drafting services: 1–3 working days

• Government or portal-based services may take longer

Delays caused by government authorities, portals, or third-party systems are not the responsibility of Infast Networks.

7. Public Sector Support Services

• Work begins only after quotation approval and written confirmation

• Advance payment may be required

• Once work has started, no cancellation or refund is allowed

• Delays due to government offices or administrative bodies are beyond our control

• Balance payment must be cleared upon service completion

8. Limitation of Liability

Infast Networks shall not be responsible for:

• Lawyer conduct or delays

• Government or portal delays

• Courier or delivery issues

• Legal outcomes or disputes

Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the service fee paid to Infast Networks, excluding lawyer or third-party fees.

9. Changes to Terms

Infast Networks reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
