1. General Terms
Welcome to Infast Networks. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Infast Networks operates under the Shop & Establishment Act as a sole proprietorship.
These terms apply to all customers—individuals, businesses, and institutions.
All service prices mentioned on our platform include 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Service Booking & Confirmation
A service is considered booked once:
✔ The client submits the required details
✔ The client makes payment for the service
After booking, our team verifies and processes the request.
Once work begins, cancellation or refunds are NOT allowed unless mentioned under specific service categories.
3. Lawyer Booking Service (IMPORTANT)
Client agrees to the booking plan selected at the time of payment.
All plan prices are inclusive of 18% GST.
3.1 Booking Plans & Features
(a) Basic Booking – ₹299 (GST Included)

Lawyer will call within 24 hours

No direct phone number shared

Standard matching system
-
Secure identity-verified connection
-
Lawyer’s basic details shared via WhatsApp
The Basic plan fee is strictly non-refundable.
(b) Silver Booking – ₹499 (GST Included)

All Basic plan features included
-
Lawyer’s phone number shared instantly
-
Lawyer’s WhatsApp + Email provided
-
Faster matching (within 2 hours)
-
Basic lawyer availability check before sharing details
Once lawyer details are shared, no cancellation or refund is permitted.
(c) Premium Booking – ₹799 / ₹999 (GST Included)

All Silver plan features included
-
Priority matching (30–60 minutes)
-
Senior/Experienced lawyer preference
-
Backup lawyer option if the first lawyer is unavailable

Dedicated coordinator support
-
Instant Connect mode
After the lawyer’s contact details are provided, no refund or cancellation is allowed.
3.2 Infast Networks’ Role
Infast Networks is only a connection and booking facilitator.
We do NOT:

Provide legal advice
-
Review cases or documents
-
Draft legal submissions
-
Interfere in lawyer–client decisions
Our responsibility ends once the connection is established as per the selected plan.
3.3 Lawyer–Client Communication
After contact details are shared or the lawyer calls the client:

All communication is private

Infast Networks is NOT responsible for conversations, advice, outcomes, delays, or disputes
3.4 Lawyer Fees (Beyond Booking Fee)
Lawyers may charge their own professional fees for:

Consultations
-
Appearances
-
Filing
-
Drafting
-
Court work
Infast Networks has no control over lawyer charges.
No complaints regarding lawyer fees will be accepted by Infast Networks.
3.5 No Liability After Connection
Once the lawyer is connected to the client, Infast Networks is NOT liable for:

Quality of advice
-
Miscommunication
-
Delays
-
Legal outcomes
-
Disputes between lawyer and client
4. Legal Support & Drafting Services

Once drafting begins, no cancellation or refund is permitted

Client may cancel within 10 minutes of booking for a full refund
-
Once draft is prepared (even if not delivered), the service is considered completed
Cancellation is allowed only by contacting our support team directly over call, and only if a valid reason is provided. Cancellation requests made through WhatsApp, email, or without valid justification will not be accepted
5. Registration & Filing Services

Cancellation allowed within 2 hours of booking

₹100 cancellation fee applies

Refund processed within 2–3 working days

Once documents are submitted to any government portal, refund is NOT allowed
Cancellation is allowed only by contacting our support team directly over call, and only if a valid reason is provided. Cancellation requests made through WhatsApp, email, or without valid justification will not be accepted
6. Service Delivery

Drafting: 1–3 working days

Government or portal-based work may take longer
-
Delays by government authorities or third-party systems are not our responsibility
Cancellation is allowed only by contacting our support team directly over call, and only if a valid reason is provided. Cancellation requests made through WhatsApp, email, or without valid justification will not be accepted
7. Public Sector Support Services

Work begins only after quotation approval and written confirmation

Advance payment may be required
-
Once work starts, no cancellation or refund allowed
-
Delays from government offices or administrative bodies are not our responsibility
-
Remaining payment must be cleared upon completion
8. Limitation of Liability
Infast Networks is not responsible for:

Lawyer delays or behavior
-
Government or portal delays
-
Courier or delivery issues
-
Disputes between lawyers and clients
-
Legal outcomes
Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid to Infast Networks (excluding lawyer fees).
9. Changes to Terms
Infast Networks may update or revise these terms anytime. Updated terms are effective immediately once published on our website.
