Thank you for choosing to do business with us. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and wholesale supply of products. By visiting our website, registering as a buyer, or placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. General Provisions

  • These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Infast Networks (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the buyer (“you”, “your”).

  • We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of our website after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Our business is registered in India under GST law and we operate in compliance with applicable Indian commercial laws.

2. Nature of Business

  • Infast Networks is primarily a B2B wholesale supplier catering to retailers, e-commerce sellers, distributors, and institutional buyers.

  • Our supply categories include but are not limited to:

    • Electronics & Mobile Accessories

    • Home & Kitchen Essentials

    • Stationery & Office Supplies

    • E-Commerce Products

    • General Govt. Orders & Miscellaneous Supplies

  • We do not sell directly to individual retail customers unless otherwise specified.

3. Registration & Account

  • To place an order, buyers may need to create an account on our website.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information while registering.

  • Any misuse, false representation, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed via our website, phone, or email will be processed only after confirmation of availability and payment terms.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply depending on product type.

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp/SMS once processed.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST, transportation, and other applicable charges unless clearly mentioned.

  • GST and other statutory taxes will be applied at the time of billing.

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, raw material costs, and supplier adjustments.

  • Errors in pricing due to technical issues are subject to correction, and revised invoices will be issued accordingly.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made through approved payment modes (Bank Transfer, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or other methods as specified).

  • 100% advance payment may be required for first-time buyers.

  • In cases where credit is extended, invoices must be cleared within the agreed timeline. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of supply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the buyer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver products across India via trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order size, and shipping location.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter.

  • Buyers must inspect goods at the time of delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

  • Any delay caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events will not be the liability of Infast Networks.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We supply products in bulk and wholesale quantities. Therefore, returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or incorrect items supplied.

  • Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) to qualify for a replacement.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, product descriptions, and catalogs belong to Infast Networks.

  • No part of the website or our marketing materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and ensure that personal/business information shared with us remains confidential.

  • Data will only be used for order processing, business communication, and legal compliance.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Infast Networks will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the order value of the product purchased.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes or claims will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Assam, India.

13. Force Majeure

  • We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, government regulations, or internet/server downtime.
