1. General Terms
Welcome to Infast Networks. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
We provide multiple services including Registration & Filing Services, Legal Support & Drafting, Accounting & Tax Services, and Public Sector Support.
Our business operates under the Shop and Establishment Act as a sole proprietorship. These terms apply to all customers, whether individual, business, or institutional.
2. Service Booking & Confirmation
Once a service is booked and all required client details are received, we begin the verification and confirmation process.
After confirmation from the client’s side, the work officially begins. Once a project or task has started, cancellation or refund will not be allowed, except under specific conditions described in the respective service sections below.
3. Legal Support & Drafting Services
For Legal Support & Drafting, once a customer confirms an order and payment is made, our documentation process begins immediately.
Because legal drafts are prepared specifically for each client, refunds are not applicable once the document creation starts.
However, if the client decides to cancel within 10 minutes of booking, a full refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Once drafting is complete — even if delivery or printing is pending — the service will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
4. Registration & Filing Services
For Registration & Filing Services, cancellation is allowed within 2 hours of booking.
If a client cancels within this time, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges and processing costs.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 2–3 working days.
Once the filing process starts or client details are submitted to government portals, the service is non-refundable.
5. Accounting & Tax Services
In this category, work starts after collecting all necessary documents from the client.
Once we begin tax computation or filing, no refund or cancellation is allowed.
If a client cancels before document verification, ₹100 will be deducted as cancellation fees and the remaining refunded within 2–3 working days.
6. Service Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the type of service.
Document-based services (like agreements, affidavits, etc.) are usually completed within 1–3 working days.
Government or tax-related services may take longer depending on portal response or verification time.
Infast Networks is not responsible for delays due to government systems, server downtime, or third-party dependencies.
7. Public Sector Support Services
For Public Sector Support category, Infast Networks operates strictly on formal documentation and quotation-based agreements.
When any Government Office, Public Sector Unit, or Authorized Officer assigns a task to us, the following terms will apply:
We will first provide an official quotation for the requested service.
Upon acceptance, the client (department or officer) must provide an Authorized Work Order or written confirmation before we begin.
In certain cases, advance payment may be required depending on the nature of work.
Once the quotation is finalized and advance payment is received, the service is considered confirmed, and no cancellation or refund will be possible.
However, if the officer cancels the order within 24 hours of confirmation, a refund may be processed after deducting convenience charges and payment gateway fees.
Public sector work often depends on administrative approvals; therefore, Infast Networks is not responsible for delays caused by government procedures.
Once the service is completed, remaining payment (if any) must be made.
If no advance was paid, the full payment will be due immediately after delivery, understanding that government fund release may take time.
By proceeding with any Public Sector Support service, the client (Government Department/Authorized Officer) agrees to the above terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Infast Networks is not liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage caused due to third-party involvement, courier service issues, or government processing delays.
Our liability is limited only to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Changes to Terms
Infast Networks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
