Terms & Conditions For Legal Partner
- Partnership Scope
By registering as an Advocate Partner with Infast Networks, you agree to collaborate with our platform for client connections, consultations, and legal guidance related to your area of practice. Infast Networks serves only as a booking and connection facilitator and does not provide legal advice or representation.
- Professional Independence
The advocate is an independent legal professional and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Infast Networks. All legal advice, communication, and actions taken with a client are solely the advocate’s responsibility.
- Accuracy of Information
Advocates must submit accurate personal and professional information, including enrollment details, identification documents, district of practice, and specialization. Any misleading or false information may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
- Response Time Requirements
Advocates must follow the response timelines based on the client’s booking plan:
- Basic Plan: The advocate must call the client within 24 hours.
- Silver Plan: The advocate must be reachable when the client initiates contact through the shared number.
- Premium Plan: The advocate must respond promptly, preferably within 30–60 minutes, as this plan includes priority service.
Failure to comply with response timelines may result in reassignment, reduced visibility, or removal from the platform.
- Lawyer–Client Communication
Once a client is connected, all communication takes place directly between the advocate and the client. Infast Networks does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for communication, advice, or decisions made by either party. Advocates must always follow Bar Council of India rules, confidentiality obligations, and ethical standards.
- Professional Fees
The booking fee paid to Infast Networks is strictly for connection facilitation and is not the advocate’s professional fee. Advocates may set and collect their own consultation or case fees directly from clients. Infast Networks does not regulate or intervene in lawyer pricing. Any fee dispute is strictly between the advocate and the client.
- No Guarantee of Work
Partnering with Infast Networks does not guarantee a minimum number of cases, bookings, or income. Case assignments depend on client demand, availability, specialization, and district requirements.
Additionally, Infast Networks reserves the right to distribute work fairly among multiple advocates within the same district and practice area. No advocate may demand exclusive rights, priority, or guaranteed case assignments over others. Allocation of cases may vary based on rotation, performance, response record, and business requirements.
- Liability Disclaimer
Infast Networks is not responsible for:
- Legal advice provided by the advocate
- Miscommunication or disputes between advocate and client
- Delays in response or service
- Case outcomes or legal results
- Additional fees charged by the advocate
The advocate assumes full responsibility for their professional actions.
- Privacy & Data Use
The advocate’s contact details, specialization, district, and professional information may be shared with clients strictly for booking and communication. Infast Networks does not sell or misuse personal data. Advocates must also protect client privacy and follow professional confidentiality rules.
- Expected Behaviour & Ethics
Advocates must maintain professionalism, politeness, honesty, and integrity with every client. Misleading information, misconduct, harassment, or unethical practices may lead to suspension or termination from the platform.
- Unique Advocate Code
Each Advocate Partner will receive a unique identification code assigned by Infast Networks. This code acts as the advocate’s official identity within the platform and is used for internal tracking, district mapping, and assignment management.
- Premium Plan Requirements
For Premium clients, the advocate must respond when the client initiates contact.
If the assigned advocate does not respond within 24 hours, the client will be reassigned to a backup lawyer without any objection or claim from the originally assigned advocate.
Premium plan clients receive priority service, and failure to comply may affect the advocate’s standing on the platform.
- Terms May Change
Infast Networks may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all onboarded Advocate Partners via email. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
- Removal or Suspension
Infast Networks reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any advocate who:
- Fails to respond consistently
- Receives multiple verified client complaints
- Submits false information
- Violates ethical or professional guidelines
- Becomes inactive for extended periods
- Non-Interference With Infast Networks’ Booking Fees
Advocates agree that the booking fee charged by Infast Networks to clients is solely the company’s service fee for facilitating the connection process. The advocate cannot question, dispute, or comment on the booking fee amount, whether it is higher or lower than expected, as the fee does not belong to the advocate in any form.
The advocate cannot claim any share, percentage, or commission from Infast Networks’ booking fee. This fee is 100% owned and controlled by the company.
If any advocate attempts to:
- Dispute the booking fee
- Demand a share or percentage
- Interfere with Infast Networks’ pricing structure
- Raise objections about how much the company charges
then their Unique Advocate Code (UIC) will be immediately suspended, and the advocate will be permanently removed from the Infast Networks Partner Program without any notice.
- Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the onboarding form or accepting case assignments, the advocate acknowledges and agrees to all the Terms & Conditions listed above.
