Terms & Conditions For Legal Partner
1. Partnership Scope
By registering as an Advocate Partner with Infast Networks, you agree to collaborate with the platform for:
Lawyer booking and client connection services, and
Legal Documentation & Drafting Support, including Legal Notice Drafting and Legal Notice Reply services.
Infast Networks operates solely as a facilitation and coordination platform. The platform does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. All legal work is performed independently by the advocate.
2. Professional Independence
The advocate is an independent legal professional and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Infast Networks.
All legal advice, drafting, verification, communication, and actions taken with a client are the sole responsibility of the advocate, in accordance with applicable laws and Bar Council of India rules.
3. Accuracy of Information
Advocates must provide true, accurate, and updated information, including:
Bar Council enrollment details
Identity documents
District(s) of practice
Area(s) of specialization
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
4. Assignment of Legal Drafting Work (New Model)
When a client submits a request for Legal Notice Drafting or Legal Notice Reply on the Infast Networks platform:
Infast Networks will verify client details and requirements.
The matter will be assigned to a suitable advocate based on category, specialization, and availability.
A Job Work Sheet containing all client requirements, documents, and instructions will be shared with the assigned advocate.
The advocate must review the job details and confirm acceptance of the assignment.
If the advocate does not respond within 10 hours of assignment confirmation request, Infast Networks reserves the right to reassign the matter to another advocate, and the previously assigned advocate shall have no claim or objection.
5. Drafting, Dispatch & Delivery Obligations
For assigned drafting work, the advocate agrees to:
Draft the legal notice or reply on the advocate’s official letterhead
Ensure legal accuracy and compliance
Print, properly pack, and dispatch the notice to the recipient using Indian Speed Post or an approved courier platform
Share the courier / Speed Post tracking ID with Infast Networks
Provide a soft copy (PDF format) of the drafted notice to Infast Networks for records
The maximum timeline for drafting, dispatch, and submission of tracking details is five (5) working days from receipt of complete client information.
6. Performance & Compliance Monitoring
If an advocate fails to complete drafting, dispatch, or tracking submission within 5 working days, their platform visibility and case allocation priority may be reduced.
Repeated delays or non-compliance may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
7. Advocate Payout & Fee Structure (Drafting Services)
The client pays the full service amount to Infast Networks.
For completed Legal Notice Drafting or Reply work, the advocate shall receive 30% of the total amount paid by the client.
Payment is subject to:
Successful drafting
Dispatch confirmation
Submission of tracking ID
Soft copy submission
Once tracking details are verified by Infast Networks, the advocate payout will be released on the next working day.
8. Bank Details for Payout
To receive payouts, the advocate must provide accurate bank details, including:
Account Holder Name
Bank Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
Incorrect or incomplete bank details may delay payouts, for which Infast Networks shall not be responsible.
9. Lawyer Booking Services (Connection Model)
Advocates must comply with response timelines based on booking plans:
Basic Plan: Call client within 24 hours
Silver Plan: Be reachable when client initiates contact
Premium Plan: Priority response within 30–60 minutes
Failure to comply may result in reduced visibility, reassignment, or removal.
10. Lawyer–Client Communication
Once connected:
All communication is direct and private between advocate and client
Infast Networks does not monitor or control communications
The advocate must maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
11. Professional Fees (Beyond Platform Fees)
Booking fees charged by Infast Networks are not the advocate’s fees
Advocates may charge clients separately for consultations, appearances, filings, or additional work
Infast Networks does not regulate or interfere in advocate fee structures
12. Non-Interference With Infast Networks’ Pricing
Advocates agree that:
All booking and platform fees belong entirely to Infast Networks
No advocate may claim, dispute, or demand any share or commission from platform fees
Any attempt to interfere with platform pricing shall result in immediate suspension and permanent removal.
13. No Guarantee of Work
Infast Networks does not guarantee:
Minimum cases
Fixed income
Exclusive rights
Work allocation depends on demand, performance, availability, response record, and platform requirements.
14. Expected Behaviour & Ethics
Advocates must maintain:
Professionalism
Honesty
Respectful communication
Ethical conduct
Misconduct, harassment, misleading statements, or ethical violations may lead to immediate termination.
15. Unique Advocate Code (UIC)
Each advocate will be issued a Unique Advocate Code (UIC) for identification, assignment tracking, and performance monitoring.
16. Limitation of Liability
Infast Networks is not responsible for:
Legal advice or drafting quality
Client disputes
Legal outcomes
Advocate delays
The advocate bears full responsibility for professional actions.
17. Modification of Terms
Infast Networks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated via email, and continued association implies acceptance.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the onboarding form, accepting assignments, or continuing association with Infast Networks, the advocate acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated above.
