5. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise

• Payment must be made in advance for most services

• We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cards, and other standard digital methods

• Infast Networks reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Services: Non-refundable once the service begins or has been delivered

• Printed Items / Supply: Refunds applicable only in case of damage or incorrect product

• Cancellation: Must be requested within 2 hours of placing an order

7. Third-Party Tools & Partners

Infast Networks may collaborate with:

• Legal and financial consultants

• Designers, vendors, or print service providers

• Hardware technicians or supply vendors

We are not liable for actions outside our contractual obligations or for delays from third-party platforms (e.g., government sites like GST portal).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the website or marketing platforms are property of Infast Networks and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infast Networks is not responsible for:

• Client errors in submitted data

• Delays caused by external agencies (e.g., govt departments)

• Misuse of our services by clients

Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Assam, India, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
