At Infast Networks, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time with complete transparency. Please read our detailed delivery policy below:

1. Order Processing

  • All wholesale and B2B orders are processed only after confirmation of payment or approved credit terms.

  • Orders placed on working days (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across Assam and pan-India through our trusted logistics partners.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

  • In some cases, free delivery may be offered for bulk or high-value orders.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery within Assam: 2–5 business days.

  • Pan-India delivery: 5–10 business days (subject to courier partner timelines).

  • Customized delivery timelines will be communicated for large bulk orders.

5. Tracking of Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

  • Customers can track orders online or contact our support team for updates.

6. Delayed Delivery

  • We strive to deliver on time, but external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect timelines.

  • In case of delays, customers will be informed immediately via email or call.

7. Damage or Missing Items

  • If products are delivered in a damaged condition or items are missing, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images).

  • Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

8. Bulk & Government Orders

  • For large wholesale or government supply orders, delivery will be scheduled based on mutual agreement and transportation arrangements.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we are focusing on domestic (India-wide) deliveries only. International shipping will be added in the future.
